I am *seriously* scared by the idea of an older man as President, with a younger very Right wing, very "christian" as vice President...........I am sorry to feel like this because normally I would be cheering on a fellow sister who was doing well..........but, much like I felt all the way through the "Thatcher years" ( yes I AM that old!)
I felt, instead, ashamed that a sister could be so ....plain wrong!
JMO though! others may have different views...........
I know. Most of the women I know with only vaguely feminist leanings are finding this difficult. Any criticism of Palin is accused of being misogyny, yet she is in no way a feminist. Infact I feel the only thing I have in common with the woman is our gender. It just seems like a really cynical move of the Republican party to attract the women voters. I only hope that the women of America can see past this.
